We feel grateful whenever you choose us for your packaging or gifting needs. We appreciate your feedback and pour our hearts to deliver the best. But sometimes  things go wrong but don't worry, just follow the steps mentioned below :

Damaged Product 

Never receive/ accept  a product if the packaging is damaged. Also, we encourage making a video when you are unboxing the product. If you receive a damaged product upon unboxing, just write to us <paperhandy@outlook,com > within 24 hours along with the video. We will look into the matter and replace or refund (in the form of PaperHandy Credits), whichever is applicable. 

Note: There is no return applicable in any other case except the damaged product. 


Please drop a mail at < papperhandy@outlook,com >  for any cancellation requests within 24 hours. We can only cancel orders if you request within 24 hours of ordering it as the order gets processed or shipped beyond that. Once the order is processed or shipped we will not be able to cancel it.
